Lipno Spartan Super 2023: Obstacle Course Disaster

 

This was my 12th Spartan race and I decided to film it to help give you all an idea of what to expect. I was carrying a bicep injury that got really bad after the rope climb (go figure), perhaps without this, I would have completed the multi-rig and twister. But none the less, happy to finish another Spartan! Spartan race a rozhodl jsem se ho natočit, aby vám pomohl získat představu o tom, co můžete očekávat. V době závodu jsem trpěl poraněním bicepse, které se po výstupu po laně zhoršilo (což je asi pochopitelné), bez tohoto poranění bych pravděpodobně dokončil také překážky Multi-rig a Twister. Ale i tak jsem šťastný, že jsem dokončil další Spartan závod! Užijte si to."
