La Marzocco Linea Micra Flow Profiling Overview

 

Quick one-take overview of the flow profiling modification I've done to the Linea Micra. Here's the original video of it in action: https://youtu.be/iew-3iwSME8 I should note that in my description of the distribution manifold and the thermosyphon effect, I neglected to mention that when you are pulling a shot, cold water injected at the bottom of the manifold mixes with the hot water coming back from the preheat loop to give you a very stable output temperature coming from the manifold.
