UWP Promises to Keep New Government under Scrutiny

The United Workers Party has promised to hold the Labour Party government accountable and to ensure it conducts the country’s business in accordance with the Constitution and that it looks after the interests of the electorate. The UWP issued a congratulatory message to SLP Leader Philip J Pierre on his victory at Monday’s elections which saw the Labour Party winning 13 of the seventeen seats.
