On Sunday evening, in one of the busy Puducherry streets, Lt. Governor Dr. Kiran Bedi stopped people who disobeyed the Traffic Rules - driving without helmets or more than two passengers on a bike. She asked the motorists, " where's your #Helmet ?". Not only this, she stopped overcrowded vehicles such as auto-rickshaws and spoke to people on the importance of following #RoadSafety Rules and wearing safety gears including helmets.
