Bukit Sion High School Jakarta, Indonesia Presented by Kevin, Tobias, Felicia, and Jessie 11 Science 1 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lay up is an essential movement on basketball. It involves a direct assault to enemy's basket rings. Lay up consists of 6 basic movements : Dribble, A short jog, Jumping, Aiming, and Shooting. Basic dribble skills are obviously easy. Bringing a ball by stomping it is essential to the trick. Next is a short jog. Stop dribbling when you enter the half-circle with a right foot. Use this step to gain distance near the shooting range. The next step is to jump. Use the left foot to gain some height. Lastly is to aim and shoot at a short time period in the air. Put the ball nicely using the right hand. Aim for a sweet spot. Lay up is being used when the circle has less player or left undefended. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Produksi 14 September 2018
