Carnival band launch season kicked off in style as would-be masqueraders were seduced by shimmer and lace. This high fashion mas presentation came courtesy Harts for their 2018 Carnival presentation ‘Shimmer & Lace.’ Harts celebrated its tradition of being a ‘family band’ by taking the launch home to the mas camp. It was a ‘next level’ party offering from the Harts family, as feters got to experience a blocko styled band launch for the first time.
