Saberforge ASP Custom Lightsaber "Aegeus" with Prizm v4 RGrB

This is my review of my Saberforge ASP custom lightsaber "Aegeus" meaning Protector. The ASP pieces are the Rebel emitter, Fallen switch, Venom body and Sinister Prophecy pommel all weathered. Blue and Green AV switches, ARKM/DSM 3" blade plug (can be found on Imperial Royal Arms website), Goth 3Designs 1.11" chassis for Prizm v4, 3.7v 18650 battery, recharge port and 28mm premium speaker. I went with Naigon's NECree RGrB tricree LED. The Prizm carries 6 sound fonts and I used Madcow's Corellian and Hero, Juansmith's MPP, Shameem's TFA Graflex, Lord Blako's The Old Republic - Knights of the Fallen Empire and Malign by Nightstorm (from my CF v8). All sound fonts purchased at saberfont.com. Like I said in the video, clocking was the only thing that gave me a little trouble but I used 1 or 2 timing washers and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. Using a 1.11" chassis can be a little tight. Sanding is a must to make it more manageable to pull the chassis out of the hilt when needed, but a set screw is not needed because the chassis does not move unless I shake it out as you can see in the video. Possibly think about using a 1.10" and a set screw to hold the chassis in place. I used a couple LED color guides for Plecter boards to get the colors I wanted and configure them manually in the files of each bank. Getting the right swing settings took a little bit. I had to play with the numbers to get it close to where I want it. It still probably needs some fine tuning. I highly recommend if you are buying a Saberforge ASP to get it empty and purchase your own electronics to do yourself or find a reputable installer. Most of the help I received came from the video series, "Let's build a Graflex" and the sites imperialroyalarms.com and fx-sabers.com as well as some ideas from members of the Saberforge forum. I hope this was educational and I look forward to doing/posting my next install.
