Making a whole watermelon jelly using Mashiki watermelons from Kumamoto. Enjoy the satisfying sound of scooping out the fresh watermelon flesh with a spoon, and the soothing, jiggly texture of the final jelly. This video was originally created with the wish to support the areas affected by the Kumamoto earthquake. I hoped to cheer people up by showcasing their incredibly delicious local watermelons.
