For what i expected to be just 31601 hauling 86246 to Willesden turned out to be a convoy consisting of a 56, 31 and the 86 plus a Tank wagon being used presumably as a barrier wagon. UKRL owned 56081 with DCR 31601 are seen Hauling 86246 to Willesden from Long Marston Through Water Orton with some screams and thrash from the Grid and the Goyle (Ped) The convoy turned out some treats. There was 56081 thats been on loan to FreightLiner by UKRL (whom the latter own the said loco) though due to a traction shortage 56081 is currently on loan to DCR! I had been after 56081 for quite some time so was thrilled upon spotting the convoy on the approach to the station that i should see the said Grid. Then there is 31601 (a personal favorite 31 of mine) whilst i have seen it many times previously it was a treat to see it in its new DCR Grey livery. Finally there is 86246 heading to Willesden for a spares donor so it was also a cop to see it before it gets broke up for spares and still in the Anglian livery too albeit faded.
