Simply go to the top floor, and enter the room located next to the master bedroom and balcony. Once you speak to the statue, the trophy/achievement will unlock. If you're playing high chaos (or get spotted in low chaos) and a guard attacks you while speaking to the statue, you'll still get the trophy/achievement you will just miss out on what the statue says.
